Create Your Membership Plans

Define your membership tiers, pricing, and billing frequency so patients can enroll as soon as you are ready.

Membership plans are the billing backbone of your DPC practice in DPC Pro. Each plan defines what patients pay, how often they are billed, and what level of access they receive. You need at least one active plan before you can enroll patients.

This guide walks you through creating your first plan, including setting monthly or annual pricing, defining plan descriptions visible to patients, and choosing billing frequency. Most DPC practices start with two to four plan tiers segmented by age range or service level.

You can create additional plans and modify existing ones at any time. Changes to a plan do not affect patients already enrolled unless you explicitly migrate them.
