Data Export

DPC Pro lets you export your practice data — patient records, billing history, and reports — in standard formats for backup, migration, or external analysis.

Your practice data belongs to you. DPC Pro supports exporting patient demographics, billing records, visit history, and report data in CSV and PDF formats. Exports are useful for tax preparation, external accounting, migration to another system, or offline analysis.

This page covers the available export types, how to generate an export, and what data is included in each format. Exports respect role-based access — only managers can initiate data exports, and exported files contain only data the requesting user has permission to view.

All exports are logged in the audit trail for security and compliance purposes.
