Beyond billing reports, DPC Pro offers operational reports that help managers understand practice trends and make data-driven decisions. These reports cover patient enrollment and retention, visit frequency, messaging volume, provider workload distribution, and other key performance indicators.
This page covers the available reports, how to read them, and how to filter data by date range, provider, or location. Reports are accessible from the Practice Management section and are available to users with the manager role.
