Staff Roles and Permissions¶
Roles determine what each team member can access in DPC Pro — from clinical records and billing to practice settings and reports.
DPC Pro uses role-based access to ensure each team member sees the tools and data relevant to their responsibilities. Managers have full access to billing, settings, and reports. Clinicians access clinical records, scheduling, and messaging. Staff members handle scheduling, patient intake, and front-desk tasks.

Roles are assigned when a team member is invited and can be changed at any time by a manager.
